Role Description The Medical Affair and Sales Admin Intern is a full-time, on-site role based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. The intern supports medical affairs activities by coordinating educational programs, webinars, and case discussions for healthcare practitioners, and assisting in preparing scientific and promotional materials. Daily tasks include organizing schedules, maintaining databases of healthcare professionals, tracking engagement metrics, and ensuring accurate documentation of events and communications. The intern collaborates with sales and marketing teams to support client campaigns, prepare reports, and assist with follow-up communications to healthcare partners. This role provides exposure to medical education, digital healthcare communities, and commercial operations in a fast-growing health-tech environment.

Qualifications

  • Foundational knowledge in Medicine and clinical concepts relevant to healthcare practice.
  • Understanding of Treatment pathways, patient management, and evidence-based care.
  • Interest or exposure to Neurology and neurological disorders.
  • Currently studying or recently graduated in Medicine, Pharmacy, Public Health, Biomedical Sciences, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to communicate clearly in English and Vietnamese, both in writing and verbally.
  • Comfort with digital tools, online platforms, and basic office software (e.g., spreadsheets, presentations).
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and interact professionally with healthcare practitioners.
