Mechanical Manufacturing Engineer

Position: Mechanical Manufacturing Engineer

Experience: 5+ Years

Location: Bac Ninh, Vietnam

Request justification:

• New requests need onsite mechanical engineer to work with CM to collect product Manufacturing Process Tracking Report, to record all key manufacturing process critical POR parameters during the first MP.

• New product increased in the three sites, and no local mass production mechanical assembly support engineers .

• The contractor needs regular onsite handle MP stage mechanical assembly related issues

For the mechanical contractor , here're the requirements.

What you'll be doing:

• Product manufacturing process qualification and key process critical parameters tracking.

• Product assembly performance daily monitor, trouble shooting for critical manufacturing failures, drive action plan from CM

• Work in CEM partners and work with cross functional teams to manage the mechanical assembly process

• CEM production manufacturing process audit to make sure their process setting is meet with NVIDIA requirements.

What we need to see:

• B.S. degree or above in Industrial, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Manufacturing Engineering, or equivalent experience

• 5+ years of work experiences as ME (manufacturing engineering) engineer at CEM factory

• Familiarity with PCBA board manufacturing process and flow, including SMT/PTH/Wave soldering/Press-fit/Corner-bonding, mechanical assembly, testing, and packing.

• Knowledge of mechanical tolerance analysis

• Proficient in both English and Chinese language

• Familiarity with IPC-A-610 Acceptability of Electronic Assemblies.

• Familiarity with 3D Drawing software Creo, or other mechanical drawing software.

• Well know Assembly process qualification tool(strain gauge test, die pressure test, DNP, cross section.).

• Familiarity with assembly fixtures development and assembly automation.

• Familiarity with IC Thermal solution, BGA corner bonding solution, TIM dispensing, Laser etching, underfill ...

• Well know CPK, GR&R to review equipment or tester capability.

• Be willing to work in a lab or CM factory manufacturing environment.

• Good teamwork spirit and communication skills, self-driven & motivated, patient, and meticulous .
