We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Mechanical Engineer to join our team in Vietnam. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in driving sales, ensuring effective maintenance, and maintaining high-quality standards for our mechanical products and services.
Role Description
Sales Support:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Provide technical support and guidance during the sales process, including the preparation of proposals and quotations.
- Travel across Vietnam to visit customers and provide on-site support when required.
Engineering & Design:
- Design mechanical components, tools, and customized spring solutions according to customer specifications.
- Perform technical calculations, simulations, and feasibility assessments to ensure product performance and reliability.
- Support product development and continuous improvement initiatives.
Maintenance Management:
- Oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of mechanical systems and equipment.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, providing timely and effective solutions.
- Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors for specialized maintenance tasks.
Quality Assurance:
- Ensure that all products and services meet established quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits of mechanical systems and processes.
- Prepare and follow external QA audits.
- Implement quality control measures and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Document and report quality issues, and collaborate with relevant teams to resolve them.
- Support QA projects for Automotive and Aerospace.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, maintenance, and quality assurance within the mechanical engineering sector.
- Strong technical knowledge of mechanical systems and equipment.
- Knowledge of springs and related mechanical components.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness and ability to travel frequently to factory (in Dinh Quan) and suppliers.
- Proficiency in English and Vietnamese is preferred.
