Role Description This full-time Matlab Engineer / Autosar Engineer role is based on-site in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. The role involves designing, developing, and testing embedded software solutions using MATLAB/Simulink and AUTOSAR frameworks for automotive and related domains. Responsibilities include analyzing system requirements, implementing control algorithms, configuring AUTOSAR components, and integrating software modules into existing architectures. The engineer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality, performance, and compliance with industry standards, and will participate in code reviews, documentation, and continuous improvement activities. The position also requires troubleshooting issues, optimizing models and configurations, and supporting deployment and maintenance of solutions in production environments.
Qualifications

Qualifications
- Strong skills in MATLAB and Simulink, including model-based design, simulation, and code generation.
- Experience with AUTOSAR (Classic and/or Adaptive), including configuration tools, ECU software development, and integration.
- Knowledge of embedded systems and automotive software development, including C/C++, microcontrollers, and real-time operating systems.
- Understanding of software development processes, version control tools (e.g., Git), and basic CI/CD practices.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related technical field.
- Ability to read and interpret technical specifications, perform systematic debugging, and write clear technical documentation.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate in multicultural and cross-functional environments.
- Experience in automotive standards and practices (such as ISO 26262, ASPICE, or CAN/LIN communication) is an advantage.
- Proficiency in English for technical communication; Vietnamese language skills are beneficial for local collaboration.
