Job Description
Job Purpose
This position is responsible for supporting the Marketing Manager in developing and executing marketing activities for pet food brands in Vietnam and Cambodia. The scope includes brand management, new product development, marketing communications, and digital marketing.
Key Responsibilities
- Brand Development & Management
Support the Marketing Manager in collaborating with internal teams and agencies to adapt, develop, and manage:
- Brand guidelines
- Brand identity materials
- Marketing collaterals across online and offline channels, including print and video assets
- New Product Development
Support the Marketing Manager and cross-functional/regional teams in developing or adapting new products and packaging for Vietnam, Cambodia, and other Asian markets.
- Digital Marketing Execution
Work with internal teams and agencies to plan and execute digital marketing activities, including content and performance marketing across:
- Websites (SEO/SEM)
- Social media platforms (Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube)
- KOL/KOC partnerships
- E-Commerce Support
Coordinate With The E-Commerce Team In Developing And Managing
- Product information pages
- Brand and product-related videos
- Marketing Communications (MarCom)
Support the development and execution of integrated marketing communication activities for existing and new product launches, including:
- Consumer promotions
- Consumer events and sponsorships
- Other communication activities (OOH, radio, PR)
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
Experience
- Minimum 4 years of experience in brand marketing or digital marketing within FMCG industry in Vietnam (mandatory)
- Experience in new product development is an advantage
- Being a pet owner (current or past) is an advantage
Skills & Competencies
- Highly self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision
- Strong communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Proficient in spoken and written English
- Strong sense of aesthetics and brand understanding
