- Coverage Area: Nationwide (with focus on HCMC & key cities)
ROLE OVERVIEW
We are seeking a strategic and execution-driven Marketing Manager to build and lead the marketing function for Jia Jia International's automotive aftermarket business, specializing in window tinting films and Paint Protection Films (PPF).
This role is responsible for brand building, dealer marketing, lead generation, and market positioning, working closely with the sales team to drive dealer acquisition, consumer demand, and revenue growth.
The ideal candidate understands premium product marketing, B2B dealer ecosystems, and digital-first brand building, with the ability to execute both strategic campaigns and on-ground activations..
IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Experience in automotive aftermarket, luxury products, or premium B2B/B2C brands
- Familiar with brands like 3M, LLumar, XPEL, STEK
- Strong understanding of Vietnam consumer behavior + dealer network dynamics
- Capable of balancing brand strategy + execution speed
- Experience working with distributors or multi-brand portfolios is a plus
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Brand Strategy & Positioning
- Develop and execute brand positioning strategy for PPF and window film products
- Establish Jia Jia as a premium distributor of international brands in Vietnam
- Define brand guidelines, messaging, and visual identity
- Ensure consistent brand presence across all channels
Dealer Marketing & Network Support
- Design dealer support programs (co-branded marketing, POS materials, promotions)
- Create marketing toolkits for installers and workshops
- Drive dealer activation campaigns to increase sell-through
- Support dealer openings, branding, and local visibility
Digital Marketing & Lead Generation
- Lead all digital channels:
- Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Google Ads
- Develop lead generation funnels for:
- Car owners (B2C demand)
- Dealer acquisition (B2B)
- Optimize website, SEO, and paid campaigns
- Track and improve cost per lead (CPL) and ROI
Content & Campaign Management
- Plan and execute:
- Product campaigns
- Promotional campaigns
- New product launches
- Oversee content creation:
- Videos, reels, installation showcases
- Before/after visuals
- Educational content
- Align messaging with premium automotive positioning
Events & Activations
- Organize:
- Dealer workshops and training events
- Product launches
- Auto shows and exhibitions
- Execute on-ground activations with installers and partners
- Drive brand visibility in key automotive communities
Market Intelligence & Competitor Analysis
- Monitor competitors such as:
- 3M, LLumar, XPEL
- Analyze:
- Pricing strategies
- Campaign effectiveness
- Dealer programs
- Provide insights to improve market share and positioning
Budgeting & Performance Management
- Manage annual marketing budget and allocation
- Track KPIs:
- Lead generation
- Conversion rates
- Campaign ROI
- Dealer engagement
- Optimize spending across channels
Team Leadership
- Build and manage a high-performance marketing team
- Set clear KPIs and deliverables
- Coordinate with:
- Sales team
- External agencies

REQUIREMENTS
Skills & Competencies
- Strong marketing strategy and execution capability

- Strong communication and project management skills
Experience & Background
5–8 years of experience in marketing, preferably in:
o Automotive aftermarket
o Premium/luxury products
o Distribution-led businesses
Proven experience in:
o Dealer/distributor marketing
o Digital lead generation
Experience managing a team is highly preferred
Language Skills
- Vietnamese: Native/Fluent
- English: Working proficiency (preferred)
Technical Skills
- Digital marketing tools (Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads)
- CRM and analytics tools
- Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)

- Willingness to travel for events and dealer visits across Vietnam
