Job Description

Objective

Drive both sales growth and brand visibility on major e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, etc.), ensuring effective shop operations, engaging content, and a seamless customer experience.

I. JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Sales Tactics

  • Develop and execute strategies to boost sales and brand awareness on e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, etc.).
  • Set up and optimize promotional campaigns, livestreams, KOL partnerships, and participate in platform campaigns.
  • Creatively craft product content (titles, descriptions, images) for SEO and increased conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with designers to implement marketing campaigns and develop creative assets.
  • Analyze sales data, customer feedback, and market trends to adjust strategies.
  • Provide regular performance reports.

2. Daily Maintenance and Orders

  • Manage daily operations of online shops: update inventory, product listings, and process orders.
  • Monitor and optimize product visibility, pricing, and promotions on e-commerce platforms.
  • Work closely with sales support, warehouse, and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations.
  • Support advertising activities with the ads team.

3. Community and Digital Support

  • Proactively engage with customers across e-commerce and social platforms, addressing inquiries and providing excellent support.
  • Build and nurture a positive customer community, increase followers, and maintain a strong brand image.
  • Propose activities to enhance customer experience and brand awareness.

III. REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven 2-3  years of experience in e-commerce, preferably in establishing and managing FMCG shopfronts on Shopee, Lazada Mall, and TikTok Shop
  • Strong creativity and content writing skills.
  • Ability to set up effective promotional campaigns.
  • Capable of working with designers to implement marketing campaigns.
  • Detail-oriented, meticulous; good aesthetic sense in design and communication.
  • English proficiency and international platform experience are a plus.
