MARKETING MANAGER

Company: Nexus Holding

Reporting to: CEO / Executive Board

Location: Ho Chi Minh City (or negotiable)

Employment Type: Full-time

ROLE OVERVIEW

The Marketing Manager is responsible for building, executing, and scaling the overall marketing strategy of Nexus Holding. This role plays a critical part in positioning Nexus Holding and its member brands in the premium / upper-mid market, while generating high-quality demand and supporting sustainable business growth.

This position requires a strong balance between strategic brand thinking and data-driven performance marketing, with close alignment to business and sales objectives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES1. Marketing Strategy & Planning
  • Develop and own the overall marketing strategy (brand, performance, content, PR, partnerships) aligned with the company's business goals.
  • Build annual, quarterly, and monthly marketing plans with clear objectives, KPIs, and timelines.
  • Manage and optimize the marketing budget to ensure efficiency and measurable ROI.
2. Brand Management
  • Define, develop, and maintain brand positioning, messaging, and tone of voice for Nexus Holding.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints: website, social media, sales materials, events, workshops, and PR.
  • Work closely with Sales, Product, Architects, and Partners to deliver a cohesive and premium brand experience.
3. Performance Marketing & Lead Generation
  • Own and optimize digital marketing channels: Website, SEO, Social Media, Paid Ads (Meta, Google, LinkedIn), Email Marketing.
  • Build and manage lead generation and nurturing systems for both B2B and B2C segments, with a focus on high-value customers.
  • Track, analyze, and report marketing performance; continuously optimize campaigns based on data and insights.
4. Content, PR & Events
  • Set content strategy and direction, including thought leadership, case studies, market insights, and educational content.
  • Plan and execute PR activities, industry workshops, and professional events (especially targeting architects, developers, and strategic partners).
  • Manage and collaborate with external agencies and partners (design, media, PR, production).
5. Team Leadership & Development
  • Build, manage, and mentor the marketing team (Content, Digital, Design, Events).
  • Define KPIs, evaluate performance, and develop team capabilities.
  • Foster a proactive, performance-driven, and professional marketing culture.
REQUIREMENTSExperience & Expertise
  • Minimum 57 years of experience in marketing, with at least 23 years in a managerial role.
  • Proven experience in premium or upper-mid market branding is a strong advantage (real estate, architecture, interior design, technology, or high-end services).
  • Solid understanding of both Brand Marketing and Performance Marketing.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate business objectives into effective marketing strategies.
