Job Description

Lead the marketing team, conduct market research, and analyze sales data to optimize performance and support operational planning.


Develop and execute targeted marketing strategies for food and beverage products and services to increase market share and customer engagement

Forecast food and beverage demand accurately to support operational planning and budgeting processes

Apply expertise in sales costing, pricing, and margin management to optimize product profitability

Conduct regular sales meetings and performance reviews to align team efforts and improve sales outcomes

Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Sales, Business, Hospitality, F&B Management, or a related discipline

Minimum 5 years of relevant sales or business development experience

Excellent communication skills
