Job Summary

Develop and execute marketing strategies for food and beverage products and services to drive business growth and profitability. Lead market research, forecasting, and team performance to optimize operational planning and sales outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute targeted marketing strategies for food and beverage products and services to increase market share and customer engagement
  • Conduct comprehensive market research to identify customer preferences, industry trends, and competitor activities for informed decision-making
  • Forecast food and beverage demand accurately to support operational planning and budgeting processes
  • Apply expertise in sales costing, pricing, and margin management to optimize product profitability and business performance
  • Lead and supervise the marketing team by setting clear objectives, conducting regular sales meetings, and performing performance reviews to align team goals and enhance results
  • Analyze sales and marketing data to identify opportunities for business improvement and implement effective strategies

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Sales, Business, Hospitality, F&B Management, or a related discipline
  • In-depth knowledge of the food industry
  • Effective communication skills used to interact with staff, customers, and suppliers
