  • Develop comprehensive marketing strategies: Conduct market research and analyze consumer behavior to propose both short-term and long-term marketing strategies aligned with the companys business goals.
  • Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns: Coordinate and implement 360-degree marketing campaigns (IMC), including digital marketing, PR, social media, KOL/influencer marketing, events, OOH, etc., to enhance brand awareness and attract potential learners.
  • Manage digital communication channels: Oversee and optimize the performance of digital platforms such as Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Google Ads, SEO, and website, ensuring cost-efficiency through KPIs like ROAS, CPA, and CPL.
  • Analyze data and measure performance: Define clear KPIs for each marketing initiative; regularly analyze reports and evaluate campaign performance for continuous improvement.
  • Manage the marketing budget: Plan, allocate, and monitor marketing expenditures effectively, ensuring maximum return on investment (ROI) for each activity.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally: Work closely with relevant departments to ensure consistency in communication and alignment with business objectives.
  • Lead and develop the marketing team: Manage, train, and inspire a dynamic and creative marketing team to achieve high performance and drive growth.

Requirements

At least 5 years of proven experience working as a Marketing Manager in the education sector (both online and offline), with hands-on involvement in strategy development, campaign execution, and team leadership.

Successfully managed marketing teams of 5+ members, guiding them through high-impact projects and achieving strong business outcomes.

Deep experience in brand management, with a strong portfolio in KOL/influencer marketing, public relations, offline events, and TV show integration; maintains an active network of partners and media contacts in these areas.

Strategic thinker with the ability to see the big picture, make bold decisions, and adapt quickly to market changes.

Excellent communication and coordination skills, capable of driving collaboration across departments including sales, operations, and customer service.

Demonstrated ability to drive brand growth and business performance through innovative marketing strategies and data-driven decision-making.
