JOB SUMMARY:

The Marketing & Community Supervisor is responsible for developing and executing marketing and community strategies for COBI WORK, increasing brand awareness, attracting new members, strengthening tenant engagement, and managing the Marketing & Community Executive team.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

1. Strategy & Planning

●      Establish and implement the brand marketing and community strategy, including the annual plan and budget.

●      Plan and manage SNS, content, and advertising campaign performance to increase brand awareness and acquisition.

●      Oversee the planning and operation of community events for tenants.

2. Collaboration & Brand Management

●      Collaborate with the Leasing and Operations teams to support new client acquisition and tenant retention.

●      Manage brand guidelines and ensure consistent brand communication across all channels.

●      Coordinate external PR activities, media exposure, and strategic partnerships.

3. Team Management & Reporting

●      Assign tasks to M&C Executives, manage their performance, and provide training.

●      Review and approve the team's content calendar and ensure content quality.

●      Prepare and submit monthly marketing and community performance reports.

REQUIREMENTS:

●      Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.

●      3–5 years of experience in marketing, community management, or brand management; supervisory experience preferred.

●      Experience in co-working space, commercial real estate, hospitality, or B2B services is an advantage.

●      Strong knowledge of digital marketing, SNS, content marketing, and community engagement.

●      Strong event planning, project management, and team leadership skills.

●      Good English communication (Korean is a plus).

SALARY: Minimum 14,000,000 VND gross
