Marketing & Communications Manager (Pre-Opening) – Sailing Club Signature Ha Long

Sailing Club Leisure Group is opening Sailing Club Signature Ha Long, a new marina-front lifestyle resort with hotel rooms, condo residences, private pool villas and signature F&B venues. Soft Opening is set for April 2027.

The ideal candidate will lead the property's marketing and communications from pre-opening launch through to stabilised operations. You will build brand awareness across Northern Vietnam and international markets, drive direct revenue across rooms, F&B and leisure, and deliver a successful launch that sets the resort up for long-term growth.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the pre-opening marketing plan, launch PR and opening activations
• Set up and manage all brand channels: social media, website, OTA content and photo/video assets
• Plan and deliver campaigns across rooms, F&B, events and leisure experiences
• Brief and manage creative, digital and PR agencies within budget
• Work cross-functionally with Sales, Revenue, F&B, Operations and Group Marcom
• Track campaign performance and report on results and ROI

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality or related field
• 5+ years marketing experience, including at least 2 years at manager level in hospitality
• Pre-opening experience strongly preferred
• Fluent in Vietnamese and English
• Strong knowledge of the Northern Vietnam market and media/KOL network is a plus
• Hands-on leader and strong collaborator
• Location: Hanoi Office, with regular travel to Ha Long
