Role summary
Own the universitys brand strategy and go-to-market execution to grow awareness and support enrolment. Lead multi-channel campaigns, digital performance, and creative output to ensure a consistent, compelling brand. 78 years experience ideal.
Reports to: Head of Marketing & Sales
What youll do
- Build and maintain brand guidelines; plan annual brand campaigns aligned to enrolment priorities; enforce brand consistency.
- Run integrated campaigns (TV/digital/print/events); own paid/social/video strategy, budgets, timelines, and agencies; optimize lead journeys with MarTech.
- Oversee creative (design, video, copy); approve concepts; drive visual storytelling across channels.
- Partner with PR, Digital Marketing, and Research to deliver cohesive messaging and support campus enrolment initiatives.
- Track brand health; turn survey/social listening/enrolment insights into action.

What youll bring
- Bachelors in Marketing/Communication (or related).
- 78 years in brand/marketing comms or agency roles; vendor/agency management.
- Strong project/people leadership; creative judgment; end-to-end campaign ownership; excellent communication.
- Hands-on with digital platforms, tracking and analytics (Meta Ads, GA, UTM); comfortable reviewing work in Canva/Adobe.
- Higher-education marketing experience is a plus; agile, detail-oriented.
