Job Description

Create and manage social media content across Instagram and Facebook.
Support email campaigns, newsletters, and CRM data management.
Support paid advertising and website optimisation to generate leads.
Track marketing performance across key channels and contribute to monthly reporting.
Support member events, community initiatives, B2B materials, and KOL activities.
Coordinate with external agencies on content and campaigns.

Qualifications

1 to 3 years of marketing experience.
Strong written communication in English and Vietnamese.
Comfortable with social media, email marketing tools, and basic reporting.
Organised and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
Collaborative and willing to take ownership across different marketing functions.
Experience with Meta Ads, Canva, Figma, or CRM tools is a plus.
Interest in wellness, community, or lifestyle brands is a plus.
