Map Operations Coordinator

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Managing and coordinating the daily operations of our mapping team, ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality maps to our clients.
• Work directly with team leads in data analysis and reporting.
• Assist other members of the team with the mapping process and ensure that all aspects are completed accurately and efficiently.
• Collecting, monitoring, and analyzing large data sets using proprietary software & internal tools.
• Receive, analyse and solve feedback from all related stakeholders.
• Vendor coordination and project monitoring.
• Adhering to company confidentiality procedures and policies.

REQUIREMENTS

• Degree in Computer Science, IT, Geography, or equivalent.
• Candidate need to have technical background and map knowledge such as Geography, Computer Science.
• Proficient in computer software ie. G-suite (GDocs, Gsheets, etc).
• Proficient verbal and written communication skills in the English language.
• Experience in data processing, analysis and validation in a fast-paced environment.
• Candidates with mapping experience are preferred but not required.
• Fast learner and able to work under minimal supervision.
• Strong logic related to the nature of the job and detail-oriented.
• Passionate about maps with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Self-driven and highly motivated individual who can drive continuous project improvement.
• Ability to handle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced and impact-driven environment.
• Knowledge on data sources like OpenStreetMap is a PLUS.
• Willing to travel locally as needed.
