Job Title: Manual QA Engineer
Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Manual QA Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in testing both web and mobile applications, with a minimum of 2 years of experience. This role involves designing and executing test plans, identifying bugs, and ensuring the overall quality of our software products.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and execute test plans and test cases for web and mobile applications.
- Identify, document, and track software defects using Mantis bug tracking system.
- Collaborate with developers to reproduce and resolve issues.
- Perform regression testing to ensure resolved issues do not reoccur.
- Utilize TestLink for test management and documentation.
- Provide feedback and suggestions for product improvements.
- Ensure that software meets the specified requirements and standards.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in manual testing of web and mobile applications.
- Proficiency in using TestLink for test management and Mantis for bug tracking.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify subtle issues.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Familiarity with automated testing tools is a plus.
