ABOUT THE JOB
- Analyze and identify testing requirements based on project documentation to understand functional and business scope.
- Define test scenarios and build test plans for different development phases, covering functional, performance, usability, security, and compatibility aspects.
- Design detailed test cases and test scripts from business analysis documents (SRS, BRD).
- Develop and execute various types of testing: Functional, Regression, Integration, System, UAT, Compatibility, Smoke, and Sanity tests.
- Evaluate test results, document defects, and collaborate with the development team for resolution.
- Perform manual testing across multiple platforms: Web, App, Responsive.
- Identify UI and functional defects, verify feature accuracy, and ensure consistency and usability of user interfaces.
- Ensure product stability across different screen sizes and browsers.
- Record and track bugs, assess severity and priority, and coordinate with developers for timely fixes.
ABOUT YOU
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- From 3 years of experience in manual testing, with a proven track record in web and mobile projects.
- Solid understanding of testing processes and techniques; hands-on experience with JIRA, Testlink, and Agile frameworks.
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret project documents (BRD, FSD, TSD, Figma) for test case creation.
- Agile, meticulous, responsible, and detail-oriented; strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
