Mid Manual Tester

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of manual testing experience (experience with MRO or ticketing systems is an advantage).
• Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies and SDLC/STLC.
• Ability to propose and improve testing processes.
• Hands-on experience in creating test documentation.
• Experience working with chatbot testing is a plus (intent testing, flow testing).
• Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, TestRail, Azure DevOps, or similar.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in enterprise applications, ERP, or maintenance systems (MRO).
• Basic understanding of API testing (e.g., Postman) is an advantage.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environment.
