Manual QC (Middle/Senior)

ABOUT THE JOB

• Design and execute manual test cases based on business and system requirements.
• Analyze requirements and prepare test scenarios with sufficient test coverage.
• Perform functional, regression, system, and integration testing.
• Perform API testing to validate functionality, data flow, and system integration.
• Perform Database testing to validate data accuracy, business logic, and data integrity.
• Execute test cases, record test results, and provide clear testing reports.
• Identify, document, and track defects through resolution.
• Collaborate with BA, Developers, and Business teams to clarify requirements and resolve issues.
• Support end-to-end testing across different systems and environments.
• Contribute to improving test processes and overall product quality.

ABOUT YOU

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Information Systems, or related fields.
• Level: Middle (3.5+ YOE) / Senior (6–8 YOE) in Software Testing / Manual QC.
• Strong hands-on experience in API Testing and Database Testing.
• Solid knowledge of SDTC (Software Development Testing Life Cycle)
• For Senior level, experience in the Insurance domain is a strongly required.
• Good understanding of insurance domain or experience with Ingenium is a plus.
• Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Middle candidates without Insurance experience should be available to onboard early, preferably in early October.
