Job Overview and Purpose

The Manager/Senior Manager - Contract Logistics will drive revenue growth by developing relationships with existing and prospective customers, identifying qualified opportunities and understanding customers warehousing, inventory and distribution requirements. The role will develop value-added solutions, proposals and partnerships while supporting Wareflex's Go-to-Market strategy and long-term growth in Vietnam. This position is based at the Wareflex office in Ho Chi Minh City.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Maintain professional, business-focused relationships with customers.

• Identify target customers, initiate contact with relevant decision-makers and generate qualified leads.

• Conduct customer meetings and site visits to understand storage conditions, inventory profiles, throughput, service levels, distribution requirements and value-added service needs.

• Develop value-driven contract logistics solutions by leveraging Wareflex's technology, partner network and operational capabilities.

• Coordinate with Operations, Finance, Technology and service partners to prepare solution designs, cost models, quotations, proposals and presentations.

• Develop and implement business development plans, including new services and strategic partnerships.

• Manage the sales pipeline, forecasts and agreed revenue or gross-profit targets, and provide regular updates to management.

• Coordinate customer onboarding and the handover of awarded business to implementation and operations teams.

• Ensure compliance, maintain accurate activity records and support a high level of customer satisfaction.

• Collaborate across the organization and perform other responsibilities as Wareflex expands into new services and markets.

Candidate Requirements

• At least 5 years of relevant experience in logistics sales, contract logistics, warehousing, distribution or supply chain solutions in Vietnam.

• A proven track record in revenue generation, business development and partnership management.

• Practical understanding of contract logistics solutions, including warehousing, inventory flows, distribution, fulfillment and value-added services.

• Strong commercial, analytical, negotiation, presentation and project management skills.

• The ability to work with operating requirements, cost models, pricing and gross-profit performance.

• Strong leadership, organization and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to collaborate across functions.

• An entrepreneurial, adaptable and self-driven mindset with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in Vietnamese and English; this is a mandatory requirement.

• A university degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business or a related field.

• Experience in a logistics technology start-up or multinational 3PL, and knowledge of WMS, TMS or inventory management systems, are advantages.

• Availability to start immediately is preferred.
