About the Role

• We are looking for Data Scientists specialized in Machine Learning and Generative AI to join an international Health Technology & Analytics environment.
• You will work with large-scale financial, clinical, operational, and behavioral data to develop data-driven solutions that support better healthcare outcomes, business decisions, and operational efficiency across Asia.

We are currently hiring for two Data Scientist tracks:

1. Data Scientist – Machine Learning

Key Responsibilities

• Develop end-to-end ML models using traditional Machine Learning, Time Series, and Deep Learning techniques.
• Analyze complex datasets and translate business problems into practical AI/DS solutions.
• Build and optimize production-grade models.
• Evaluate model performance and translate results into actionable business insights.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders throughout the solution lifecycle.
• Explore the use of Agentic AI to enhance data science workflows, such as EDA Agents, Insights Agents, and Model Monitoring Agents.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Data Science / Machine Learning.
• Strong experience in Machine Learning, Predictive Analytics, Time Series, and/or Deep Learning.
• Excellent Python and PySpark skills.
• Experience developing production-grade ML models.
• Strong business understanding and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to business and technical stakeholders.
• Experience with vibe coding / AI-assisted development is a plus.
• Healthcare experience is highly desirable.

2. Data Scientist – Generative AI

Key Responsibilities

• Develop end-to-end Generative AI solutions and workflows.
• Apply Prompt Engineering, LLM, RAG, NLP, and Agentic AI to business problems.
• Develop and apply NLP, Transformer, and Deep Learning models.
• Build production-grade AI solutions and evaluate their business impact.
• Work with business and technical stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical AI solutions.
• Independently drive GenAI use cases from development to real-world application.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Data Science / AI and 2+ years of hands-on experience with Generative AI, including Prompt Engineering and end-to-end GenAI workflows.
• Strong background in NLP, Transformers, and Deep Learning.
• Excellent Python and PySpark skills.
• Practical experience with LLM, RAG, GenAI, Agentic AI, or NLP solutions.
• Strong business understanding and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to clearly communicate technical concepts to business and technical stakeholders.
• Healthcare experience is highly desirable.
• Nice to HaveExperience with Azure / Azure AI / Azure OpenAI.
• Experience working with large-scale, database-oriented systems.
• Experience applying AI/ML to real-world business environments.
• Experience in Healthcare, Insurance, or Wellness domains.
