Job Responsibilities:
- Develop a deep understanding of Vietnam&aposs local logistics landscape, including distribution and import/export operations, and design efficient fulfillment processes tailored to customer needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to optimize logistics solutions and ensure seamless execution.
- Define and implement operational strategies to meet business objectives, driving measurable results at each stage.
- Analyze operational data and user feedback to identify areas for improvement and enhance the overall product experience.
Job Requirements:2
- Bachelors degree or higher, with a strong background in e-commerce, logistics, or supply chain management.
- Prior experience in product operations at an e-commerce platform or leading logistics company is a plus.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics product operations, with sharp business acumen and analytical skills.
- B2B experience preferred, with the ability to understand and address enterprise-level logistics challenges.
- Fluent in Vietnamese and proficient in Chinese (written and spoken) to facilitate cross-border collaboration.
