JOB DESCRIPTION GROWTH MARKETING EXECUTIVE (E-COMMERCE & FULFILLMENT SAAS)

Position Summary

InfiLogis a Vietnam-made Fulfillment SaaS platform inspired by Amazon FBA is hiring a Growth Marketing Executive (23 years of experience) to accelerate brand and customer growth in Vietnam & Southeast Asia. The role covers end-to-end growth strategies to acquire, convert, and retain customers in the E-commerce, Logistics, and Fulfillment SaaS ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and run multi-channel growth campaigns (Paid Ads, SEO, Content, Social, Partnerships) using the AARRR framework

Manage and optimize Google, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn campaigns targeting D2C brands and 3PL providers

Drive inbound leads via SEO, blogs, landing pages; explore partnerships with e-commerce platforms (Shopee, TikTok Shop, Lazada)

Map and optimize customer journey from demo contract go-live; run A/B tests on messaging and landing pages

Collaborate with product team to improve onboarding and reduce drop-offs

Build CRM/email workflows to retain and upsell; develop case studies and success stories

Track key metrics (CAC, CPL, CPQL); analyze campaigns; report weekly/monthly; test and scale successful initiatives

Qualifications

Bachelors in Marketing, Business, or related field

23 years experience in Growth/Digital/Performance Marketing (preferably SaaS, E-commerce, Logistics)

Hands-on with paid ads (Google, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn); knowledge of SEO, content, CRM/email

Proficient in GA4, Excel/Google Sheets

Strong communication, teamwork, and project management skills

Creative, test-and-learn growth mindset

KPIs for Success

Growth in qualified leads (MQLs/SQLs)

Lower CAC/CPQL, higher ROI

Improved demo-to-contract conversion

Reduced churn, higher upsell/cross-sell

Contribution to InfiLogiss MRR/ARR targets
