Logistics Manager

Job Title: Logistics Manager

Location: Quang Nam

Our client, a MNCs manufacturing company is looking for a Logistics Manager. The role is responsible for functional and cost analysis of electronic products through precision teardown, component identification, material and manufacturing process analysis, and high-quality imaging. The role also involves analyzing device functionality, identifying IC functions, and creating System and RF Block Diagrams. At this level, the analyst independently manages complex projects, prepares and reviews technical reports, supports problem-solving, and provides training to junior team members while consistently delivering accurate and trusted results.

Key Responsibilities:

Demand/ Production Planning

-      Review demand and forecast from customers. Do action if needed

-      Review production planning monthly. Coordinate planning team with Procurement team by meeting weekly to check: Fulfillment material; Inventory; Any issue needs escalation.

-      Follow up and update max capacity of Assembly line and focus on Injection Capacity.

-      Support Planning team at the escalate point from team

Import/Export

-      Manage Tax and Duty include ocean freight, local charge, customs charge base on budget ( review and action);

-      Support team and other department about customs process, transport solution and any issue need to involve;

-      Coordinate with team issue transports handbook.

Warehouse

-      Manage EWM systems, check and feedback to IT team if have any issue with all activities;

-      Review all activities at the warehouse, which points need to be improved;

-      Support warehouse supervisor at the escalate point.

Control stock

-      Review Safety stock, Slow moving, Consumption, Inventory.

Legal Governance Procurement and Plan

-      Join with global team at legal government Procurement and Plants;

-      Manage other tasks as assigned by Manager

Requirements

-       Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Management or similar

-       Understand SAP, EWM, ISO, EHS, 5S

-       Have experience in the Import- Export role, preferably in a Non- EPE manufacturing environment, experience in planning role, preferably in a manufacturing environment;

-       Supervise team and leader, Warehouse and inventory management;

-       Solid English skills both in writing and oral;

-       Oversea business trip as required
