Logistics Cost Specialist

Job type: Full-time, Mon - Fri

Working time: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Location: The Mett building, District 2, HCMC

Exp: Minimum 6 months of relevant experience in cost estimation and logistics quoting. Fresh graduates with relevant degrees and strong bilingual skills are also welcome.

Responsibilities

● Verify logistics invoices by performing factual and price checks, ensuring the accuracy and compliance with internal policies through close collaboration with relevant stakeholders.

● Manage the complete invoicing process to ensure timely payments and handle any invoice or payment-related issues with OSP or LSPs.

● Maintain and update cost reports in line with customer requirements.

● Support for the implementation of the LCC project across company branches in Japan, including BMP (billing management platform) project.

● Act as a contact point

Qualifications

● Bachelor's degree in logistics, international trade or related fields.

● Proficiency in Business English and Japanese (JLPT N3 or higher).

● Strong communication skills, systematic thinking and the ability to multitask.

● Independent and proactive work style.

● Effective time management skills and problem-solving abilities.

● Process oriented and customer-oriented thinking.
