LOGISTICS & WAREHOUSE EXECUTIVE JAPANESE

Position: Logistics & Warehouse Executive

Location: HCMC

Experience: 1–3 years

Working time: Monday – Friday | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Salary: Negotiable

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Coordinate shipment bookings, export documents and customs procedures with logistics partners.
• Manage outbound logistics transactions and shipping documents via SAP.
• Coordinate shipment schedules, forecasts and delivery updates with global stakeholders.
• Allocate inventory and release shipment instructions to warehouse teams in Japan.
• Check SAP transaction errors, prepare reports and support logistics process improvements.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Bachelor's degree in Foreign Trade, International Business, Supply Chain Management, or related fields.
• 1–3 years of experience in logistics/supply chain operations.
• English (Business Level) & Japanese (N2+).
• Experience with ERP systems; SAP is preferred.
• Good command of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
• Strong communication, problem-solving and time-management skills.
• Detail-oriented, responsible and able to work independently and under pressure.
