Logistic Specialist

Job Description

As an Logistics Specialist, you will be involved in key logistics operations across the supply chain, including warehouse management, transportation coordination, and product distribution.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to monitor operational performance, handle logistics data, identify improvement opportunities, and support cost optimization initiatives. This role offers hands-on exposure to various logistics functions in a dynamic FMCG environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support daily logistics operations to ensure smooth and efficient product flow across the supply chain.
• Monitor operational performance metrics (OKRs), handle and analyze logistics data, and prepare reports to support business decisions.
• Participate in cross-entity logistics operations, including Central Warehouse management.
• Coordinate transportation and distribution activities, including combined cargo transportation.
• Analyze operational data to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.
• Support process improvement and cost optimization initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance logistics efficiency and service levels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or other related disciplines.
• Approximately 2-3 years of relevant working experience in Logistics, Supply Chain, Transportation, Warehouse Management, or related fields.
• Strong English communication skills, with the ability to communicate and work effectively in an English-speaking environment.
• Strong data handling and analytical skills, with the ability to process, analyze, and interpret operational data.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; knowledge of Power BI is an advantage.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and business acumen.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, adaptable, and willing to learn in a fast-paced working environment.
