Lodge Manager

Auko Eco-Wellness Lodges in Phong Nha is looking for an experienced Lodge Manager to join the team.

Auko is a new 30-lodge eco-wellness retreat in Phong Nha, Quang Binh.

The experience combines nature, active exploration, wellness and genuine local connection, giving guests a different way to experience Phong Nha.

As we move through our first year of operation, we are looking for a Lodge Manager to take ownership of the day-to-day operation, lead the team and help shape Auko as the property develops. A strong F&B background is preferred, together with solid experience across wider lodge or resort operations.

This position is open to Vietnamese candidates only. Applicants must be legally entitled to work in Vietnam without employer sponsorship.

• A natural leader who brings people together and leads by example

• Calm, practical and comfortable taking ownership and making decisions

• Passionate about hospitality, people and creating a memorable guest experience

• Organised and hands-on, with the ability to bring structure to a young operation

• Experienced in hotel, resort or lodge operations, with F&B experience strongly preferred

• Comfortable leading HODs, setting clear expectations and holding teams accountable

• Aligned with wellbeing, sustainability and Auko's values

The day-to-day operation of the lodge

Guest experience, service standards and operational consistency

F&B and overall service delivery

HOD coordination, team development and accountability

Operational planning, problem solving and continuous improvement
