Line Lead

Job Description

• Develop production tasks based on production plans and orders.
• Patrol and monitor the production line to ensure line balancing and achieve production targets while maintaining quality and quantity requirements.
• Maintain production discipline and ensure smooth and normal operations.
• Check and verify key production line data. Identify the root causes of any issues or deviations and propose improvement solutions.
• Inspect whether production line personnel are using the correct documents and following proper operating procedures.
• Handle quality abnormalities occurring during the production process, promptly report them to the supervisor, provide temporary solutions, and assist in identifying the root causes.
• Improve production processes and identify areas for improvement that may affect product quality in order to increase yield and production efficiency.
• Conduct employee skills training and 6S training, and ensure proper implementation.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of production management experience
• Ability to effectively manage team members and efficiently organize and coordinate production activities.
• Microsoft office, ERP, etc.
