JOB DESCRIPTION
- Collaborates with other team members during all phases of a project, from concept to testing & commissioning phase.
- Process renders and process design concept.
- Works closely with the design team/managers to review work for design integrity, accuracy, clarity, and quality.
- Find solutions to balance project budgets related to the lighting scope of work.
- Researches new products, working methods, and technology trends within the lighting design profession.
- Develop and work on drawings, specifications, load schedules, and control schedules for all projects.
- Attends on-site meetings with clients, contractors, and project team members.
- Manage design timeline to deliver design reports and documents on time for project deadlines.
KEY REQUIREMENT
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a design studio, with lighting knowledge a plus.
- Understanding of construction processes & workflow.
- Good at design detailing and have knowledge of materials and technical requirements.
- Strong experience with AutoCAD, Photoshop, Dialux, Microsoft Office, and Bluebeam.
- Fluency in spoken and written English is necessary.
- Experience in presenting design.
