Job Overview
We are looking for a Recruitment Executive to lead mass hiring for restaurant operations within the Texas Chicken system. This role plays a key part in ensuring sufficient manpower for store operations while contributing to building a strong and attractive employer brand in the F&B industry.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Plan and execute mass recruitment campaigns aligned with business expansion and operational needs of Texas Chicken stores.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for frontline positions (e.g. Service Staff, Kitchen Staff, Shift Leaders, Store Supervisors).
- Source candidates through multiple channels (job sites, social media, offline activities, referrals, partnerships, etc.).
- Screen applications, conduct interviews, and assess candidates suitability for high-volume hiring roles.
- Coordinate and organize walk-in interviews, hiring days, and bulk recruitment events.
- Ensure timely hiring to meet store opening timelines and manpower requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with:
- Universities, colleges, and vocational schools
- Local recruitment partners and communities
- Support and implement employer branding activities:
- Recruitment campaigns on social media
- Content creation (job posts, hiring visuals, communication materials)
- Enhancing candidate experience throughout the hiring journey
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, conversion rate, etc.) and provide regular reports.
- Negotiate offers and support onboarding processes for new hires.
- Continuously improve recruitment processes to enhance efficiency and candidate quality.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields.
- At least 1 year of experience in recruitment, preferably in:
- Mass hiring
- Retail, F&B, or service industries
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume hiring environment.
- Good organizational and time management skills; able to handle multiple hiring requests simultaneously.
- Proactive, result-oriented, and able to work both independently and in a team.
- Good command of Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
- Basic understanding of labor law is a plus.
