Red Comms is looking for an intelligent, self-driven talent to join our dynamic team. Account Executive support the execution of IMC, Social, PR,... campaigns, ensuring seamless client servicing, project management, and cross-functional coordination.
I. DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Client Servicing & Relationship Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring smooth communication and thorough understanding of project requirements.
- Support in client meetings, preparing agenda, taking notes, and following up action items.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded expectations.
- Assist in identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities to expand client engagements.
2. Project Management & Execution:
- Work closely with internal teams (PR, Digital, Creative, Planning) to ensure timely project delivery.
- Develop and manage project timelines, deliverables, and budget tracking.
- Coordinate with vendors, media, influencers, and third-party partners for campaign execution.
- ·Monitor project performance and troubleshoot issues proactively to keep projects on track.
3. Proposal & Reporting Support
- Assist in the development of campaign proposals, presentations, and strategic documents.
- Gather market research, industry trends, and competitor analysis to support strategic recommendations.
- Prepare monthly reports and campaign performance analysis for clients.
4. Financial & Payment Coordination
- Support invoice issuance and payment tracking, ensuring timely client payments.
- Collaborate with the internal finance team and vendors to manage budgets and payments for suppliers.
II. REQUIREMENTS:
5. Core Skills & Competencies
- 1-2 years of experience in Account Management, Client Servicing, or a related field in PR, Advertising, or Communications.
- Experience in Automotive, Lubricant, or Healthcare industries is a strong advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients & stakeholders.
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Basic knowledge of PR, digital marketing, and social media.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) & project management tools.
