Job Description

The Account Executive operates within a high-performing local market team committed to providing top-tier marketing services for one of our largest global clients. Reporting to the Senior Account Manager / Account Manager, this role collaborates with strategy, performance, creative, and production specialists to ensure a smooth client experience.

The team plays a vital role in delivering Procurement as a Service — ensuring transparency, quality, and efficiency in marketing investments. Focusing on retail and shopper activation, the Account Executive helps connect strategic priorities with local execution, contributing to smarter, quicker, and more impactful results.

Purpose of the role

The Account Executive is a crucial support role within the client services team, responsible for helping to coordinate and deliver projects smoothly throughout the marketing and production process. This entry-level position is perfect for someone at the beginning of their career who is enthusiastic, highly organised, and eager to learn in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.

Working closely with Account Managers and Senior Account Managers, the Account Executive takes an active role in daily operations—assisting with project documentation, monitoring timelines, coordinating feedback, and ensuring all client-facing activities are executed with accuracy and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the account team in managing project administration and coordination
  • Help prepare timelines, client documents, and status updates
  • Monitor deliverables and workflow to ensure accurate, punctual delivery
  • Coordinate feedback rounds, sample approvals, and asset routing
  • Attend client and internal meetings to capture notes and follow-up actions
  • Learn and adhere to internal tools, systems, and quality control processes

Skills, knowledge, experience and exposure

  • 1–2 years experience in a marketing, Print / POSM production, or coordination role (or a recent graduate with relevant internship experience)
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Clear communicator, both written and verbal
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and willingness to learn new tools and platforms
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow through on tasks
  • Eagerness to learn and proactive attitude
