Position: Legal Officer

Working location: Hoan Kiem Ward, Hanoi

Working time: Monday – Friday

Key Responsibilities:

- Drafting, reviewing, and appraising legal contracts with partners;

- Standardize the system of documents, internal regulations, corporate legal documents and documents for the General Meeting of Shareholders/BOD;

- Fulfill the obligation to report and disclose information in accordance with the securities law;

- Develop and operate compliance control systems; update new legal documents;

- Providing legal advice to specialized departments, participating in the appraisal of investment deals;

- Focal point to work with the SSC, management agencies and inspection and examination teams.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree or higher in Law

- Minimum of 2 years of legal/compliance experience at a fund management company, securities company, bank, financial institution or law office

- Master the Law on Securities and the Law on Enterprises; priority is given to having securities certificates

- Integrity, initiative, logical thinking and good risk management ability
