MY LEGAL COUNSEL is a newly established law firm currently building its founding team. The firm specializes in investment, commercial law, corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and family and marital law, led by lawyers with nearly 10 years of professional experience.We are currently recruiting 02 Male Legal Interns, whom we intend to train and grow together with the firm from its earliest stage. This is an opportunity to learn directly from an experienced legal team and gain hands-on exposure across a diverse range of legal work right from the company's founding phase.

Job Description:

Research legal regulations, case files, and professional/legal materials
Assist in drafting and reviewing legal documents, contracts, applications, and case files as assigned
Assist lawyers in organizing and managing documents, preparing files for client or authority meetings, compiling information, and performing other professional tasks under the guidance of the supervising lawyer

As the firm is newly established, interns will also have the opportunity to take part in building the company's initial operating foundation.

Requirements:

Final-year law student
Bachelor of Laws graduate (under 1 year of experience)
Preference given to candidates with long-term career goals in legal practice, legal consulting, or corporate legal affairs
Solid grasp of fundamental legal knowledge, particularly civil, corporate, commercial, family/marital, or procedural law; strong logical thinking, research ability, and writing/presentation skills
We value diligence, honesty, initiative, a strong sense of responsibility, and confidentiality; proficiency in Word, Excel, Email, and basic office tools is required

Timeline

Expected start date: October 2026
Preference will be given to candidates available to work the full week.
Flexible internship schedules can be accommodated — candidates must be able to commit at least 4 days per week
In the initial phase, interns will be guided through case files, research methods, and legal work processes; once they meet the required knowledge, skills, and attitude, interns may take part in supporting real assignments with an appropriate allowance
After the internship, candidates with strong performance who fit the firm's development direction will have the opportunity to become full-time employees
