Teecom is a Vietnam-based cross-border e-commerce company selling consumer products through Amazon US & EU, Etsy, TikTok Shop, and Shopify.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Legal research: Research and interpret laws, regulations, and platform policies covering cross-border e-commerce, consumer products, and intellectual property.
• Product compliance: Assess product safety, labeling, claims, testing, certification, and market-entry requirements. Review listings and supporting documentation.
• Risk assessment: Identify compliance risks and provide practical advice to product, sourcing, marketing, and operations teams.
• Issue resolution: Coordinate responses to compliance inquiries, policy violations, listing restrictions, IP complaints, and disputes.
• Regulatory updates: Turn changes in international regulations and platform policies into internal guidelines and action plans.
• Internal training: Deliver legal and compliance training when required.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Law, preferably Economic, Commercial, or International Trade Law.
• 4+ years handling complex legal or regulatory matters involving foreign jurisdictions.
• Strong legal analysis, practical business advice, and coordination with internal teams and external partners.
• English equivalent to IELTS 6.0+, with strong legal research and reading skills.
