Provide counsel to all relevant departments of the Branch regarding regulations related to service contracts and business operations.
Oversee the management and storage of signed contracts between the Branch and its customers, suppliers, and partners.
Handle insurance matters related to the Branch&aposs business operations. Monitor all insurance claims and collaborate with relevant departments to process claims.
Assist in resolving disputes between customers and suppliers within the Branch.
Support the processing of Branch licenses, including Business Certificate, Transport Business Certificate, International Road Transport Certificate, and truck & trailer logos.
Perform other tasks as assigned by the Manager
Requirement
Graduated from university with a major in Law
1-2 years of experience in corporate legal affairs for FDI businesses in trade or manufacturing.
