Our client, a leading technology platform in Vietnam, is looking for a Legal & Compliance Specialist to provide legal advice, support business operations, and strengthen compliance across its diverse business ecosystem.

WHAT YOU'LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR

Draft, review, advise on, and negotiate commercial contracts supporting daily business operations
Provide day-to-day legal advice and analysis to Regional and Country stakeholders
Advise on consumer protection, driver operations, merchant disputes, and other business-related legal matters
Monitor regulatory developments and ensure business activities remain compliant with Vietnamese laws
Develop and implement policies, procedures, processes, and legal guidelines to strengthen compliance
Work with relevant authorities on business licensing and regulatory matters
Support Regional and Management teams on various legal projects and initiatives

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Bachelor's Degree in Law
5–7 years of legal experience, preferably including 2+ years of in-house experience in an MNC
Strong command of English and Vietnamese, including legal terminology
Strong legal, analytical, communication, and presentation skills
Good understanding of business operations, commercial requirements, and business strategy
Strong awareness of legal and commercial risks, with the ability to recommend practical mitigation solutions
Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and work independently
Background in Legal/Compliance within E-commerce, Technology, Tech Platforms, or similar industries is highly preferred
Bar admission / Bar Association membership is an advantage
Willingness to travel within Vietnam and occasionally across Southeast Asia
