Position Title: Legal & Compliance Officer

Department: Legal & Compliance

Employment Type: Full-time

What You'll Do:

1. Legal & Compliance

- Act as internal advisor to consult regulatory and compliance issues to BGM, all depts and related HO Depts;

- Process and follow-up any application, request in relation to the Bank for license, approval, opinion from SBV and other competent authorities;

- Maintain and update regulatory tendencies, applicable policies, regulations, restrictions and requirements in banking industries, prepare brief analyses on new or amended regulations, together with other jobs to make sure all legal regulations to be well understood and complied within the Bank;

- Maintain and update relevant P&P and following-up the requirements and changes from the regulators and HO to ensure the compliance within the Bank;

- Prepare and review all standard contracts, forms and documents for the Bank and assist to review forms, requests from customers;

- Prepare reports to Head Office and state authorities as required;

- Conduct internal and arranging external training per requirement from HO and local agencies;

- Assist and involve in internal audit or external audit by SBV;

- Assist and involve in other legal and compliance issues, when required.

2. AML

- Follow up and back up any AML issues, SAR investigations and reports in the Bank, as required.

3. Others

- Perform any other duties as may be assigned by Department Head or assigned person from time to time.

What We're Looking For:

- Vietnamese

- Bachelor's degree (Prefer in Law, banking, finance);

- From 10-year experience in legal, compliance experience and knowledge would be preferable;

- Good command of various computer programs and applications;

- Very good skills of communication, customer service and team spirit;

- Fluent in Vietnamese and English (speaking, reading, listening);

- Ability to work under high pressure, team worker, individual responsibility.
