Job Description

Blueberry Law is a boutique law firm in Ho Chi Minh City advising international corporates, lenders, project sponsors and leading Vietnamese companies on doing business in Vietnam. As our practice grows, we are looking for a Legal Associate (Corporate & Commercial) to join the team.

What you will do

Handle corporate and commercial matters for clients, from foreign investment and company set-up to M&A and day-to-day and project commercial contracts
Draft, review and negotiate commercial agreements, transaction documents and corporate instruments
Run workstreams on legal due diligence for M&A and investment transactions
Research Vietnamese law and turn it into clear, practical advice for clients
Work directly with clients and the Partners from day one

What we are looking for

Law degree and a Vietnamese Lawyer Practising Certificate
3-5 years experience in a law firm or in-house legal team
Native-level Vietnamese and fluent English, with the ability to draft complex documents in English
Precise, commercial and comfortable owning a file
