About the role

Were looking for an L&D Specialist to design, deliver, and administer learning solutions that build capabilities across our workforce. You will create engaging content, facilitate sessions, and track impact, partnering closely with HRBPs, SMEs, and line leaders.

Key responsibilities

Learning Strategy and Needs Analysis

Conduct enterprise, functional, and role-based learning needs analyses using data, capability frameworks, and performance metrics.

Translate business priorities into learning roadmaps and annual L&D plans.

Partner with HRBPs and leaders across farms, feed mills, and corporate functions to prioritize capability gaps.

Program Design and Delivery

Design blended learning programs tailored to operational contexts.

Develop competency-based curricula for employees.

Facilitate workshops, leadership programs, and skill-building sessions; coach facilitators and SMEs to deliver consistently.

Content Development and Curation

Create engaging, outcomes-focused materials.

Curate and manage third-party content; coordinate with external vendors, universities, and industry bodies as needed.

Stakeholder Management and Communication

Consult with leaders at multiple levels; influence decisions with data and clear ROI narratives.

Communicate learning offerings and success stories; drive adoption and engagement across sites.

Measurement and Impact

Define success metrics and measure behavior change, performance impact, and business outcomes.

Report osn KPIs.

Job requirements

Experience: 3+ years L&D; blended design/ delivery at scale; vendor/partner management.

Knowledge: Adult learning, competency frameworks, analytics/ evaluation.

Skills: Learning needs analysis, instructional design, facilitation, coaching, project/ program management, data/ reporting and storytelling, stakeholder influence and cross-functional collaboration, localization for multi-site, problem solving and continuous improvement.

Basic English communication skills, with good reading comprehension.

Plus: Manufacturing/FMCG/agri-food exposure; leadership pipeline (assessment centers, mentoring, IDPs).

Compensation & Benefits:

- Salary: Negotiable, based on qualifications and experience
