Job Description

Job Description

As an L&D Specialist, you will work closely with the L&D Manager and cross-functional teams to design, implement, and evaluate learning initiatives that support the companys business strategies and talent development needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the L&D Manager and stakeholders to identify competency requirements, design frameworks, and evaluate effectiveness.
  • Partner with business units and vendors to design role-based learning roadmaps aligned with business priorities
  • Provide consultation on training initiatives that support company/department development strategies.
  • Design training materials and e-learning content (in partnership with the E-learning team).
  • Deliver training programs (classroom, online, onboarding, etc.) for various employee groups.
  • Identify internal trainers and select external providers for functional and soft skills training.
  • Coordinate and manage training requests, projects, and initiatives across departments.
  • Review, enhance, and maintain learning curricula to ensure alignment with evolving business needs.
  • Support the development of policies, guidelines, and processes related to learning and development.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by the L&D Manager.

Requirements

  • Strong skills in instructional design, problem-solving, data analysis, reporting, and project management.
  • Experience in talent management and leadership development.
  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Education, Training, or related field (preferred).
  • Good command of English (spoken and written).
