Phm v & L trnh cng vic:
Giai on 1: Onboard & Foundation (Hi nhp & Xy nn tng)
- Hiu sn phm & vn ho Base: Tham gia onboarding, tm hiu cc gii php SaaS ca Base, cch Base vn hnh v trit l trong pht trin con ngi.
- Nm bt quy trnh & cng c L&D: Lm quen vi LMS, quy trnh phn tch nhu cu o to, khung nh gi hiu qu o to, h thng o lng nng lc.
- Quan st & h tr trin khai: Tham gia cc bui Orientation, Product/Skill Training, vi vai tr h tr hu cn, ghi nhn, v nh gi phn hi.
- Xy dng network ni b: Kt ni vi cc phng ban (Sales, Customer Success, Operation) lng nghe nhu cu hc tp v vn nhn s.
Kt qu k vng: Mc tiu quan trng v tin quyt ca cng vic ny l hiu r Base: t gc sn phm, con ngi, quy trnh, cch cc Baser hc tp, pht trin v trng thnh nh th no.
Giai on 2: Partnering & Execution (Tr thnh i tc & Bt tay trin khai)
- Ch ng phn tch nhu cu hc tp theo nhm i tng, phng ban hoc cc d n, chin dch hc tp ca mc tiu hin ti.
- Thit k & trin khai chng trnh nh: Ch ng ln outline, xy dng ni dung (slide, e-learning, hot ng thc hnh) v trin khai kho hc cho mt nhm nhn s c th.
- o lng & nh gi hiu qu: p dng cc khung o lng nh gi phn hi, mc ng dng v tc ng n cng vic.
- ng hnh cng qun l nh mt i tc: Cng qun l ca phng ban bn bc gii php pht trin nhn s (training, coaching, mentoring, sharing) thay v ch tp trung vo o to.
- Tham gia xy dng learning culture: Khi ng hoc h tr cc hot ng ni b nh sharing day, book club, mini workshop, knowledge-sharing group.

Yu cu v kinh nghim & nng lc
- Ti thiu 1 nm kinh nghim trong lnh vc L&D (u tin c kinh nghim ti startup cng ngh, mi trng tc cao).
- C sn phm/ng gp ni bt trong vic thit k v trin khai chng trnh hc tp (training, workshop, e-learning), c bit l kh nng bin kin thc phc tp thnh tri nghim hc tp su sc, sng to v d ng dng.
- C nh hng lu di trong ngh L&D/ HR, ng hnh cng ngi khc h pht trin nng lc, vt qua gii hn, v t c mc tiu thng qua hc tp.
- Tch cc & di kh: Mang nng lng, suy ngh tch cc, lun sn sng bt tay vo vic c hc c lm, kin tr n cng to ra kt qu.
