Learning and Development Expert

• Design, develop, and deliver instructor-led and online training programs for automotive technologies, diagnostic procedures, and repair techniques.

• Conduct technical training sessions at training centers, dealerships, or virtually using digital platforms.

• Develop training materials, manuals, job aids, and e-learning modules in coordination with engineering and product development teams.

• Stay current with emerging automotive technologies, including EV systems, ADAS, software diagnostics, and industry regulations.

• Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and post-training performance metrics.

• Provide technical support and mentorship to service personnel and dealer networks.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, quality, and customer service to ensure accurate and up-to-date technical content.

• Maintain training equipment, tools, and demo vehicles used in hands-on training.

• Participate in train-the-trainer programs and continuous personal development in new automotive systems.

• Bachelor's degree in Automotive Technology, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
  
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience in automotive service, manufacturing, or technical training.
  
• Strong understanding of automotive systems, including engines, transmissions, electrical systems, diagnostics, and/or EV–hybrid technologies.
  
• Excellent presentation, facilitation, and communication skills.
  
• Experience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and digital training platforms (e.g., WebEx, Zoom, Adobe Captivate).
  
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts to diverse audiences in a clear and structured manner.
  
• Willingness to travel to training centers and dealership locations as required.
