Lean Executive (Front-end)

Role Description:

·      Conduct daily project reviews with relevant stakeholders to ensure timely achievement of project results/KPIs.

·      Drive employee involvement in Lean initiatives, monitor implementation and sustain required standards across plants/HO.

·      Facilitate PDCA preparation and follow-up for identified issues with relevant stakeholders.

·      Deliver Lean-related training such as 5S and problem-solving.

·      Design systems, tools, forms and processes to support organizational and people development.

·      Design and deliver people development programs, including training, workshops, Kaizen Weeks and best-practice sharing forums.

·      Develop, maintain and update SOPs to ensure consistency and effectiveness.

Qualifications:

·      Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Management, or related fields.

·      Communication skills, MS Office skills

·      Problem-solving skills, Time management skills, Continuous improvement, Planning skills, Management skills

·     Analytical skill, Accuracy and attention to detail

·     Minimum of 3 years experience in similar capacity.

Working locations: Sonadezi Building, Tran Bien Ward, Dong Nai City

Working hours: Mondays - Fridays (07:30AM - 5:45PM)
