About the Role

We are seeking a motivated travel professional to establish and direct Thryve's global travel offerings. In this initial role, you will oversee end-to-end service delivery for multiple portfolio companies, including e-visa guidance and airport meet & great services.

You will gain hands-on experience from constructing workflows, securing key partnerships, and onboarding clients, for both domestic and international portfolio companies within your first quarter, creating a path to expand the division long-term.

Note: Successful candidates are eligible for promotion to the Lead position as early as 3-6 months, based on demonstrated performance and capability.

What You'll Do
Product Development & Sales

Establish B2B sales pipelines focused on corporate travel managers, agencies, and tour operators across Vietnam and the surrounding region
Secure group reservations for expedited VIP airport processing and visa assistance as complementary services within travel packages and business accounts
Present and pitch travel offerings effectively to corporate partners in both English and Vietnamese

Partner & Supplier Management

Identify and contract local and regional partners, including hotels, destination management companies, transport vendors, and licensed tour guides
Structure commission agreements and negotiate rates with online travel platforms (Agoda, Booking.com, and Traveloka) alongside accredited travel agencies
Form referral partnerships with airlines, hospitality groups, and corporate travel leads

Travel Documentation & Client Services

Direct e-visa processing for international guests, maintaining service quality, quick delivery times, and clear client communications
Organize premium airport acceleration services for corporate clients and group bookings
Provide end-to-end client support spanning initial visa processing to airport arrival
Support operations, including booking processing, invoicing, and service coordination
Communicate with customers in English via email and WhatsApp to answer questions and resolve issues in a timely, professional manner
Coordinate with airport agents and suppliers to ensure services are delivered accurately and on schedule
Maintain and update CRM records and internal tracking sheets
Work alongside and support interns on operational tasks, helping ensure accuracy
Escalate issues, errors, or service risks to senior team members promptly
Assist with basic reporting, documentation, and operational improvements as needed

What We're Looking For

Mandatory Qualifications

Must hold a degree in either tourism, travel management, tour operations, tourism marketing, MICE management, travel agency operations, or tour guiding or Certificate in International Tour Operations (Chứng chỉ nghiệp vụ điều hành du lịch quốc tế).

Strong candidates will have:

Prior experience in customer support or operations (travel, hospitality, or service industry preferred)
Strong written and spoken English
Highly detail-oriented, dependable, and responsive
Comfortable multitasking and working with minimal supervision
Familiarity with Google Workspace and spreadsheets (Excel / Google Sheets)
Mandarin, Korean, or Japanese skills are highly encouraged
A network in the travel trade (agencies, hotels, DMCs) is a bonus, not a requirement.
