Lead Data Analyst, User Growth (Open for Senior)

Zalo Group is looking for a Lead/Senior Data Analyst (User Growth) to turn product data into reliable metrics and actionable insights. You will work with Product, Engineering, Data Science, and Business teams to improve user growth and business performance.

What you will do

• Define and monitor core product and growth KPIs across the user lifecycle and revenue;
• Analyze KPI trends, funnels, segmentation, and root causes to identify performance drivers and opportunities;
• Design and evaluate A/B tests to measure the impact of product and growth initiatives;
• Build trusted datasets, dashboards, and automated reports for consistent monitoring;
• Partner with cross-functional teams to improve tracking, data quality, and data-driven decisions.

What you will need

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field such as Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or Economics;
• 4+ years of experience in Data Analytics, Product Analytics, BI, Data Scientist or a related role;
• Strong SQL and practical Python skills for analysis, validation, and automation;
• Strong foundation in product analytics and statistics, including KPI design, funnel and segmentation analysis, root-cause analysis, and A/B testing;
• Hands-on experience building dashboards with tools such as Apache Superset, Power BI, Tableau, Metabase, or similar;
• Strong analytical thinking, business judgment, and communication skills; able to turn business questions into clear recommendations.

Nice to have

• Experience with large-scale consumer, subscription, B2B, marketplace, or other data-intensive products;
• Familiarity with modern data stacks (e.g., Spark, Airflow, dbt, ClickHouse, BigQuery) and AI-assisted analytics.
