KOL Marketing Specialist(Influencer )

The Role:

We are looking for a data-driven storyteller to spearhead our brand's content localization in Vietnam. You will be the bridge between global brand vision and local consumer culture, turning viral moments into measurable business impact.

Location: SWIN OFFICE, 22-24 Ung Van Khiem Street, Ward 25, Binh Thanh District, Ho Chi Minh City.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategy & Framework: Deconstruct viral content models and build scalable script frameworks that blend brand DNA with local insights.
• Creator Partnership: Act as a talent scout and agent. Identify high-potential creators, develop bespoke collaboration pitches, and ensure authentic alignment between influencers and products.
• Creative Excellence: Provide expert guidance on visual language and narrative structure (hook, lighting, scene setting) to ensure content meets both algorithmic favorability and brand aesthetics.
• Ecosystem Insight: Stay ahead of the curve on TikTok/Instagram trends. Systematically evaluate creator performance and evolve strategies to maximize ROI.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Media, or related fields.
• Proven track record in managing the full lifecycle of content for Vietnam market.
• Strong analytical skills with a knack for translating data into creative strategy.
• Excellent command of English; cross-cultural communication skills are essential.
• Must-have: 1+ years of experience in KOL management within the Beauty & Skincare sector.
