Role Review:
As a KOL Manager, you will play a crucial role in building and managing relationships with influential individuals who have a significant following in the gaming/social networking industry.
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for KOL recruitment and management, developing good connections and relationships with the KOLs in the gaming sector;
- Conceptualize and manage demand driving strategy, executive and creating events involving influencers and KOLs across gaming social sector;
- Manage P&L on KOL related activities and events, and construct end-to-end full-scale key-influencer campaigns that support brand initiatives, objectives and KPIs;
- Analyze the market trend, create insights, and propose a campaign idea based on the trend to grow Lita;
- Great negotiation skills to ensure deals that can maintain a positive ROI;
- Connections with brands to explore local brand partnerships and deals for Lita&aposs creators.
Qualification
- 3+ years of work experience related to influencer marketing, brand partnerships, or a similar role in the field of games/social in Indonesia, especially in the KOL BD and management;
- Strong networking skills with the ability to identify and connect with relevant influencers, and In-depth understanding of gaming industry trends and influencer marketing dynamics;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to negotiate effectively and maintain positive relationships;
- Proficient in analyzing data and metrics to evaluate the success of KOL collaborations;
- KPI-oriented and result-driven, data-sensitive;
- An avid gamer (AOV/Free Fire, etc.) will be a big plus.
